The Saarland GmbH Hafenbetriebe – your partners in commerce The public ports of the Saar open the gates to the commercial uses of the Saar waterway. The Hafenbetriebe have at their disposal an infrastructure of docks, quay walls, tracks, roads and areas with supply and disposal facilities. The Hafenbetriebe take responsibility for safety and environmental protection in the harbors. They develop and maintain trade and industrial sites in the harbor area and make them available to private investors for use of the harbor. More than 50 million EUR have been invested for this purpose. The Hafenbetriebe function as a private organization. Their original capital is equal to 9.21 million EUR. |
